Enter Abstract Leases/subleases and other real estate documents into the clients database,

Maintain database and manual files,
-
Analyze/process rents and service charges,
-
Issuing invoices, interest notes and call letters,
-
Support in preparing annual costs reconciliation,
-
Rent collection for leases,
-
Support in preparation of PM performance reports on monthly and quarterly basis,
-
Critical dates tracking and support including control of received guarantee’s,
-
Liaise with the accountants, tenants, clients and their banks where appropriate, on all lease connected matters,
-
To undertake other duties from time to time (if reasonably required).

Bachelor’s degree / final-year student,
-
Minimum of 6 months working experience with commercial real estate leases (preferably in commercial real estate lease administration, accounting or property management),

Preferred familiarity with database applications software such as MRI or Yardi or any other lease management database systems,
-
Languages: English – intermediate both written and spoken (B2 level); Polish - native/fluent,
-
Very good MS Excel skills,

Good time management,
-
Analytical, pays attention to detail, but finds satisfaction with production,

Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to adapt easily in the new environment,

Able to deal with multiple tasks, effectively handle stressful situations, and work with minimal supervision.
