Capita Poland's Krakow Business Centre was established in late 2011. We are a multi-disciplinary business process outsourcing centre set up by the Capita Group Plc. The centre provides state-of-the-art services offering employees the opportunity to work for various clients and develop expertise in a wide range of disciplines. At Capita Krakow we deliver multilingual business service that range from managing complex processes to more transparent transactions.

Working within our HR team you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the training programs dedicated for the business.

Be the first point of contact for general trainings enquiries

Design, develop and implement training programs

Create and introduce assessment tools to value training effectiveness

Handle logistics for training activities including materials, places and equipment

Cooperate with key internal and external stakeholders

Inform employees about training possibilities

Provide feedback to program participants and management

You have experience in carrying out all activities in the training cycle: design, delivery, evaluation

You have knowledge of learning development system and training methodologies

You are a people person with a can-do attitude

You are self disciplined and well organized team player

Multitasking and working under the time pressure is no problem for you

minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience

Min. Bachelor degree

Fluent English

PC literacy, especially proficiency in MS Office
