Capita Poland’s Krakow Business Centre was established in late 2011. We are a multi-disciplinary business process outsourcing centre set up by the Capita Group Plc. The centre provides state-of-the-art services offering employees the opportunity to work for various clients and develop expertise in a wide range of disciplines. At Capita Krakow we deliver multilingual business service that range from managing complex processes to more transparent transactions.

The role is delivery focused and responsible for completing day to day service delivery activities which ensure all events are delivered to a high standard. Provide client delight and operational excellence in a collaborative and innovative manner.

Interacts with stakeholders in order to complete the booking process within SLA and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain and manage personal workload effectively utilising relevant systems. Achieve internal SLA’s and client KPI’s, ensuring deadlines are met.

Take responsibility for day-to-day activities, such as sending out venue delegate lists and course reminders, to ensure we deliver a high standard of service.Ensuring that all course materials are sent in a timely fashion, as required.

Completion of course conversions on Capita KGL systems, where applicable.

Responsible for checking of Joining Instructions against Coursebooker.

Support the Client Teams to ensure specific event requirements are booked and carried out in advance of the course date.

Scheduling all onsite training rooms and equipment as appropriate through liaison with clients and suppliers or utilising specific booking systems.

Responsibility for the post event processing certificates and evaluations on a daily basis.

Processing exam results as required.

Answering general and supplier telephone calls and distribute or action as appropriate.

Working to business processes to ensure you are operating in a methodical and productive manner and providing feedback for areas which require improvement.
