Job description
Working in this project you will have possibilities to perform different tasks and cooperation with clients, taking part in local initiatives and global projects. You will manage the L&D Admin team and will you have possibilities to develop your leadership skills as well.
The purpose of this role is to manage the respective teams to deliver high quality, professional and proactive service to the client, within agreed SLAs. The role purpose includes also management of day to day team’s issues and escalations.
The objective is to build and maintain positive and supportive team and continuous work on efficiency improvement.
Main accountabilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant in L&D area
- Build relationship with Client for the future delivery and deliver service in accordance with his needs and expectations
- Handle regular communication with the Clients’ counterparts and taking care about Clients’ satisfaction
- Supervise the team to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to four external Clients with agreed SLA’s
- Build the positive and supportive team culture and help team to improve efficiency
- Manage day to day team’s issues, flag and mitigate them and manage escalations
- Keep all required process documentation up to date (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Participate in preparing the HR related reports on workload management, SLA achievement (including quality) and process efficiency
- Participate/coordinate HR projects both local and global (e.g. tools implementation)
- Analyze the related management reports to observe trends and introduce improvements
- Manage processes according to Capgemini methodology
Candidate’s profile
- Very high standards of both spoken and written English
Strong analytical skills and attention to details- Professional HR qualification as required in local country
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Process specific systems/tools, e.g. SAP, Oracle- German or French language skills would be an asset
