Requirements:
- University diploma (Business/ Finance/ Economy)
- Experience in process optimization, improvements
- HR or Finance background
- Experience in project management will be an asset
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge – Green Belt certificate will be an asset
- Very good command of English
- Proactivity and ablility to demontrate innovation and creativity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Independent and systematic approach to work
- Good time management skills and ability to manage several different projects and priorities in parallel
Responsibilities:
- Leading, supporting and monitoring progress of efficiency and quality improving projects in line with Project Management or Six Sigma methodology
- Supporting Continuous Improvement and Lean culture implementation and promotion among the organization
- Conducting trainings in Continuous Improvement, Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies and tools
- Facilitating improvement and problem solving workshops
- Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance
- Identifying improvement opportunities by data collection and analysis, process observations, process mapping and documentation analysis,
- Educating business users and units responsible for managing and operating business processes
- Communication and cooperation with other Company departments and management
