We are currently looking for Lead Software Development L3 Support Engineer, for the BigFix Inventory product team in Krakow, located at O3 Business Campus on Opolska street. We are looking for talented, self-motivated, and curious people.

As a Lead Software Development L3 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting and resolving BigFix Inventory issues reported by customers in the field from root cause analysis, trough the workaround/mitigation to the final fix in the code.
- Helping customer during dedicated sessions with BigFix Inventory issues.
- Being part of BigFix Inventory development, especially improving its serviceability, stability, and reliability.
- Improving support process.
Qualifications
- At least1-3-year demonstrated experience in IT support, customer service or any other relevant.
- Knowledge of Java programming language, general understanding of web applications development.
- Knowledge of shell script programming.
- Knowledge of operating systems fundamentals and basic configuration / administration (Windows, Linux).
- Knowledge of SQL / relational databases (MS SQL, IBM DB2).

- Strong analytical ability.
- Be opened to learn new technologies/programming languages up to a professional level.
- Efficient communication.
- Good team player.
- Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams.

Remote Work
During pandemic, remote work is the only available option. When the pandemic ends both remote and office work will be available as we want to meet with our team in our brand new office.
