L2 IT Onsite Technician
Kraków
Responsibilities:
- Handling IT service requests and incidents
- Providing support for AV Meeting Room, users desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VPN and standard software
- Hands&Eyes support for onsite network equipment (instructions are provided by the network department)
- Performing work consistently and in accordance with scope of work and health and safety policy
- Perform routine tasks (MS Windows Image installation)
- Taking care of installations, reinstallations, maintenance, and repairs on Customer equipment
- Documenting the work in the ticketing tool in english
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in IT
- Knowledge on troubleshooting and hardware support with vendors for break fix support
- Knowledge on coordination with various internal teams to fix issues with End User device & LAN equipment
- Experience on installation/configuration/troubleshooting of standard software on workstations including IMAC activities
- English and Polish language at least B2
