Key Account Manager

Main Duties:
- Develop and execute a sales plan and strategy for products and services
- Lead the entire sales process, including lead generation, responding to proposal request, conducting final presentations and negotiating contracts to closure
- Participate in the desing, roll-out and pricing for new products or re-packaging of existing products
- Develop and maintain relationships with key distribution channels, such as benefit consultants, brokers and other services providers
- Identify and implement communication strategies to enhance visibility and reputation in the marketplace
- Assist in the initial implementation of new accounts following a sale
- Maintain and protect the confidentiality and security of all organizational information
Requirements:
- BSc degree level or equivalent in a field related to marketing, psychology, business
- Competence in business acumen and price setting , along with the knowledge of employee benefits packages required
- Skills in the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, including proposal writing and leading final presentations
- Experienced and proven track record of successful sales and revenue expansion of WorkLife and Wellness services to employer groups including multinational organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer skills are a must
- Outstanding follow-through and attention to details is essential
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel all over the Europe
