Junior Testing Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Testing Engineer who will strengthen our innovative team, which develops wireless communication solutions for our customers. You will be involved in ensuring efficient testing of new Wi-Fi subsystems in ADB.

Working with real experts – your team buddies – will broaden your knowledge, constantly developing your skills to become an engineer specializing in wireless testing.

You will learn about low-level engineering under the watchful eye of our amazing Engineers. The scope of responsibilities will increase with increasing your skills. Your daily tasks include:

• Designing and developing tests for wireless communication subsystems
• Documenting and presenting test results
• Preparing technical documentation
• Cooperate with other team members

• Knowledge and experience– essential skills for a good start at ADB are:
  • Keen interest in wireless technologies, Radio Frequency (RF) testing and measurement equipment
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of Wi-Fi Standards
  • Basic knowledge of Linux-based systems
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in any Engineering field at a technical university
• Quick learner – We want you to work like us – be an independent specialist, who knows how to do IT good. But to reach it out, you need an open mind, learn fast and talk with more experienced specialists in your team
• Problem-solving skills – you probably know that problems are an integral part of an engineer’s work. You should know where to look for information and how to compare or analyze various solutions. Your approach is key here
• Self-development orientation – we want to help you grow by giving you support and the opportunity to find your way to success
• English skills – You should be able to read and write documentation and communicate in English. Why? ADB is an international company and our language is English, you will use it also to mail with external providers; It’s OK if you want to improve your speaking skills in our internal English training. The closest team communicates in Polish.
