As a Talent Pipeline Junior Specialist you will build talent pipelines across key sectors relevant to Client needs. One of your roles will be to develop a database of key talent that can be accessed by the UK teams. You will provide candidate short lists in line with recruiter needs.
- Working closely with relevant client teams to build a database of talent for specific client needs
- Sourcing candidates using multiple sourcing platforms to find suitable candidates
- Using of Avature (CRM) to segment candidates, applying universal tag structure
- Reporting on talent pipeline strength
- Highlighting talent pipeline shortfalls in line with agreed pipeline targets
- Producing shortlists for role specific requirements in line with Recruiters needs
- Building knowledge of key sectors to make sourcing activities as efficient as possible
- Using tools available to support building of market intelligence
- Supporting development of Insights reports as required
- Initial engagement with candidates to talk about the role
- Qualification call with candidates to determine suitability for role and client
- Hold a university degree
- Are fluent in English
- Are familiar with IT technologies (MS Office, Excel)
