The Junior Talent Manager (TM), will be responsible for handling Talent Management activities for Poland location.
A strategic role that involves working with project teams and provide business solutions ensuring stake holder satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Business leaders and understand the nature of the Business and proactively work on the engagement model
- Program Manage various Talent Management activities which includes - CCA, Performance Management, Communication, Engagement, Connect, Retention, Employee Satisfaction Survey, R&R, Metrics, Dashboard specific to the location
- Lead or facilitate various communication forums such as Launch Pads, HR connect sessions, Townhalls, Open House, skip meetings meets etc., as per schedule
- Proactive retention strategies, analyze the attrition trend and come up with solutions
- Partner with the other TM’s, TSC and PFSS team to seamlessly manage and execute Business deliverables
- Execute and advise on HR related topics, policies, labour conditions and social law.
- Liaises with external vendors for benefits and HR services
- Guide and inform assignees on arrival on procedures and registration actions
- Keep HR handbooks and policies on OneCognizant up to date
- Initiating all activities and HR administration for employees; initiating contracts, promotion letters, exit interviews, informing on health insurance and social security. Ensuring proper inputs for payroll advice
- Work closely with HRSS Poland on daily processes: onboarding, personnel filing, payroll, exit process etc.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related
- Experience of HR processes, policies and procedures
- Functional knowledge of personnel administration
- 4 to 6 years of HR relevant work experience
- Practical knowledge of labor legislation in Poland
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
- Self-starter with strong organizing skills
- A flexible and assertive team player
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize, organize and follow through on
- Capable to work with a wide range of people and culture backgrounds
- Ability to work effectively with confidential information
- Highly customer focused
- Readiness to travel on business
