Key responsibilities:
- Regularly reflecting the status of disputes and/or collection activities
- Managing escalations and leads negotiations with critical customers
- Supporting our clients on a daily basis
- Cooperating with other Departments
Qualifications:
- Good English and fluent Slovenian
- Accounting, Finance or any Business interest is nice to have
- Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Excel or SAP knowledge is nice to have
