Based on our dynamic growth Hays opens several roles on the positions of Junior Sourcing Specialist who will provide off-site sourcing activities across EMEA Region for the new RPO Division.
Working on the position of Junior Sourcing Specialist you will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process from involvement in initial briefing calls with the internal client, suggesting attraction strategies and sourcing candidates through to telephone applications pre-screening.
Your role will be to Support recruitment projects for various European markets in various specialisms (ad hoc projects). Candidates sourcing using various channels,
Processing applications – adding CVs to our database, registering data in the system,
conducting phone interviews with candidates. Contact with managers and job owning consultants from various countries in Europe
We are looking for multilingual dynamic professionals with strong abilities of multitasking, preferably with minimum 6 months of professional recruitment experience.
As you will be responsible for pan-European recruitment projects, you need to be fluent in English and in any another European language (preferable in Spanish).
In addition you will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates.
