Working as part of our Talent Acquisition Solutions Team the Junior Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying candidates to meet the recruitment needs of our clients.
- Working with sourcers to understand role requirements and client expectations
- Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods including social media, job boards and social networks
- Working with North American teams (USA, Canada) to deliver on customer requests (however, working on standard hours for Poland)
- Taking part in constant training on innovative sourcing methods and tools
- Working on North American most popular job boards, social media and providing qualified candidates on a local market
- Building global database of candidates.
- Fluent English and French (C1 level)
- Experience in HR, Administration, Consulting area would be an asset
- Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is required) and internet resources, including social media
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
- Spotless record and strong ethos.
