For our new office in Krakow we are looking for a candidate with strong social skills for a position as Junior Recruitment Specialist within the construction industry. It is required that you speak and write English fluently and any additional language is an asset. We also believe that you have previous experience from recruitment within the construction industry. You should be proactive, structured and have strong people skills to succeed in this role.
- Understand and perform all aspects of the recruitment process
- Work close with the team in order to understand the needs and requirements to meet client expectation
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager
- Attract the best candidates for the roles using direct and indirect channels
- Manage applications and maintain the HR Database
- Build a strong network of candidates
- Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operation; contracts, training etc.
- Set up meetings and make records for new workers
- Ad hoc requests
- Min. 1 years of experience to recruit skilled workers to the construction industry
- Able to work under stress and tight deadlines
- Very strong social skills
- Knowledge from different sourcing channels
- Proactive personality with hands-on attitude
- Self-motivated
- Goal oriented
- Fluent in Polish and English both verbal and written
- Additional language skills are an advantage such as; Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
