Junior Recruitment Analyst

HR Administrative activities:
- Working closely with recruiting teams in United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Poland, Australia, New Zealand, India and Asia (8 countries) to process data related to the hiring process
- Managing Candidate Assessments online for US
- Submitting background check requests to external vendor
- Ensuring data accuracy for candidates hired in iCims and Workday
- Robotics and Automation – monitoring the work of a document filing bot
- Processing candidate reimbursements
- Editing job descriptions
- Creating contracts for employment agencies and overseeing the agency’s payment process
- Auditing all completed work for accuracy
- Responding to queries from internal and external clients
- Participating actively in global calls and internal meetings
- Other administrative activities and project support as needed
Reporting and Analytics:
- Producing regular and ad hoc reports reflecting data related to the recruitment processes globally
- Producing on demand reports as requested
Requirements:
- Fluent English – C1 Level is preferred (CEFR scale or equivalent)
- 6 months of previous experience in administration or HR will be an asset
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Highly organized
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy complex tasks and logistical challenges
- Highly flexible and able to respond and adapt to changes and shifting priorities. Must be pro-active, persistent, and helpful, with a solid customer service approach
- Discreet in handling sensitive information, always uphold confidentially
