Roles & Responsibilities:
1. E2E Project/Program Management:
• Drive the Project/Program planning and execution cycle across the organization
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Create execution plan and schedule. Define tasks, resource requirements to achieve Project/Program objectives
• Create and manage roadmap
• Identify and manage risk
• Manage scope and costs
• Monitor and control progress
• Define metrics and drive initiative closure
• Provide direction and support to the team
• Perform post assessment reviews according to identified criteria
• Select and apply standards and best practices
2. Manage Stakeholders & Communication:
• Identify and engage stakeholders across the organization
• Facilitate meetings and manage Information
• Influences others to make decisions and take actions effectively
3. Drive Change:
• Identify impacts to delivery
• Build awareness and support for change within the organization
Minimum Qualifications:
• BA degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related project management experience
• Prince 2 or PMP qualified, other Project management certifications will be appreciated
• Fluent English, additional language would be an asset
Desired Skills:
• Project/Program Management related experience. Global environment would be an asset
• Proven track record of running multiple Projects and/or Programs, designing and implementing world class processes, realizing productivity and efficiency through streamlined processes
• Excellent communication skills to inform and influence stakeholders. High degree of comfort working with senior executives including excellent presentation skills
• Outstanding written, verbal and listening skills including an ability to set and negotiate expectations
• Knowledge of change management, budgeting, metrics and strategic planning
• Ability to assess data and information and make timely, effective decisions with consideration for both the long and short term business needs
