- Assist Project Manager with the day to day project responsibilities
- Coordinate project updates from the project team on key project management deliverables such as project schedule updates, risk/issue registers, and project financials
- Collect relevant data and undertake analysis supporting project deliverables
- Assist in meetings by taking notes and documenting action items
- Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting logistics, materials, agendas, etc.
- Maintain distribution lists, SharePoint Site, PTO calendar and other project coordination artifacts
- Assist with change management coordination as instructed by the Project Manager
- Perform additional assignments as requested by the Project Manager
- Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal team members to establish strong relationships
- Project coordination skills and dedication to assist driving results
- Ability to follow directions and validate work output
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
- Strong ethos and spotless record
- Bachelor's degree (with preferred emphasis in project management, business, IT) or relevant work experience
- Good English (written and spoken)
- Work Experience
- This is a fixed-term role for 12 months
- Entry level in project coordination or administrative experience
- Experience coordinating small projects from initiation through the final close out would be an asset
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies, processes, procedures and tools (certification is an advantage)
- Experience or familiarity with MS Excel/Powerpoint/Project/Visio, SharePoint
