Skelia invites Junior HR Specialist for a definite period of employment at our service center in Krakow, Poland.
MISSION
- Preparing documents related to the employment
- Create and maintain employee personnel files in accordance with Polish labor regulations
- Manage employee benefits packages
- Helping with onboarding/exit process
- Preparing business trip reports
- Coordinating training for employees
- Cooperation with vendors
- Controlling the medical check- ups, health and safety trainings
- Handling employees’ holidays requests
- Replying daily to the employees’ queries
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration
- Basic knowledge of labor and social regulations
- Good communication skills in Polish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, sense of humor and a positive mindset
- Flexible attitude
