part time (3/4), 7-month-long fixed-term contract (June – December 2015)
Our team, HR DMC, (HR Data Management Center) is part of Sabre HR global function of HR Operations. We provide support to HR Managers, HR BPs, local managers and employees in all aspects of HR administration as well as deliver data for processing to SAP HR and payroll systems. Our service covers all Sabre businesses in EMEA (in total 30 countries).
Currently we are looking for an interim position of Junior HR Administrator, wich is a great opportunity to gather experience in HR Ops department of a worldwide technology company.
- Responsible for data exchange between HR teams & SAP & payroll teams for HR data accuracy in systems
- Creation of internal documents for employment changes and tracking approval process
- Creation of HR documents/letters changes on requests,
- Creation of standard HR reports
- Ad hoc administration tasks on demand
- Very good English language skills (practical use)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
- High level of accuracy, details/data orientation while working with data, reports, documentation;
- High quality standards of work
- Very good customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive data in an absolutely confidential manner
