Short - term project until the end of October
The main role will be to make phone calls in order to book interpreters for assignments requested by the Public Institution in the UK. The position is focused on outgoing phone calls but it also includes inbound phone calls and advisory activities within bookings and payments areas. Working within our department is a great opportunity to perfect your language and problem solving skills.
Please note that the role requires working in a shift pattern between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

- Hold a BA/BS degree
- Are fluent in spoken and written English (at least C1 level)
- Are familiar with IT technologies (especially proficiency in MS Office)
- Have ability to work shifts including weekends
- Customer Service experience will be an asset
