- Providing help for various departments depending on priorities, assignments and team schedule;
- Providing high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems;
- Handling incoming calls on a variety of products and services;
- Analyzing and resolving queries on first contact or forwarding details to appropriate support area for resolution;
- Using thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations and systems and procedures;
- Support departmental tasks and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language, German or Spanish, would be a plus);
- Strong communication and customer service skills;
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage time and tasks with minimum supervision;
