Their Business Services department is one of the biggest outsourcing centers in Poland providing services in 30 different languages in the areas of: finance, accounting, banking, procurement, customer care and marketing services. Business Services employs over 3800 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice. For the office located in Katowice we are looking for candidates interested to develop within accounting sector.
This is an entry level role within Financial Services for candidates who have already gained some short customer support experience or have just graduated and plan to start their professional career among enthusiastic team.
You will responsible for:

Correct and timely processing of financial data

Interacting with Client's various parties and entities

Account reconciliation and advisory

Database administration

Correct and timely reporting

Daily contact with customers and Clients

Working hours: 8h per day, business hours from Monday-Friday.
Your profile: essential is very good level of German plus good English skills (B2). Apart from that important are: analytical and effective communication skills, team work approach, ability to multitasking.
