Junior Administration Specialist in Procurement Team
Kraków
Responsibilities:
- Working in a team focused on delivering market-leading level of customer service
- Providing support via email and phone to internal and external customers
- Challenging purchase requests
- Validating purchase requests
- Approving Purchase Orders
- Maintaining and managing personal workload effectively
- Supporting any other business tasks that may be required
Requirements:
- Have excellent English skills (oral and written)
- Have experience in working with customers (asset)
- Have excellent communication skills and manner
- Are proactive, with strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
- Are independent and self-organised
- Are a detail-oriented person
- Have basic Excel knowledge
- Have analytical skills
