1. JOB DECSRIPTION: • Support and maintain the functional aspects of the sales and logistics systems across the European region. • Keep processes aligned between Herts and Brussels and where practical, include South Africa and Argentina. • Identify opportunities to improve current business processes by changing existing configurations or recommending new software/systems. • Gain the support and approval of the business to implement improvements including business sponsorship for new systems. • Ensure users are sufficiently trained and are capable of using systems effectively. • Translate new and redesigned processes into appropriate specifications for the development team. • Provide end-to-end project management for any changes or new implementations. • Keep abreast of new technologies and software recommending where they could be beneficial to the business. • Keep up to speed with systems from other areas of the business and how they interact/interface with the sales and logistics systems. • Develop and maintain a credible and close working relationship with key business users. • Adhere to Group and Divisional guidelines/standards. 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES • Business Analysis - Analyse current business processes to identify opportunities. (Developing new processes and redesigning existing ones). • Project management. • Develop and support existing sales and logistics systems. • Establish strong relationship with other support areas. • Training new and existing users to maximise their effectiveness. 3. PLANNING, ORGANISING AND CONTROLLING • Management of multiple Analysis projects • Management of multiple implementation/enhancement projects – (incorporating full system testing, risk assessments and back-out plans). • Effective and timely communication to other areas of the business regarding potential or planned changes. • Management of all project resources including budget. • Management of project plans. • Setting user expectations for project progress • Delivering products and projects within organisational requirements. 4. CONTACT WITH OTHERS • Divisional Directors – European Region • Senior Management – European Region • Departmental Managers – European Region • Users of the sales and logistics organization – European Region • Technical resources within the IT development department • Technical contacts at other Clients sites • External consultants, suppliers and contractors • External project managers 5. MAJOR CHALLENGE OF THE JOB • Support, maintain and innovate functional aspects of the sales and logistics systems across European region based on business requirements. • Provide the interface between the sales and logistics areas and all IT related issues.

6. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Proven business analysis experience. • Project management experience. • Sales and Logistics OneWorld configuration skills. • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, leadership and communication skills • Good understanding of IT and sales and logistics fundamentals.

Oferujemy

Salary: 45,000k Ocassional trips to Brussels.
