The IT & Voice Support Administrator is primarily responsible for providing 2nd line IT Infrastructure & voice services support for our internal user at Aon Hewitt offices in Poland. This role will involve working with global AITS teams with high responsiveness and ensuring high system uptime and low response time for providing resolutions to meet client expectations.
- Support users in our Aon Hewitt Poland offices,
- Basic Network/Telephony/Application/Servers Support and Administration,
- Provide 2nd line support to End-Users,
- Working with vendors to enable timely support and round the clock uptime,
- Participation in various Internal Voice/IS Projects.
- Knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office,
- Knowledge of SharePoint technologies – desirable,
- Knowledge of various voice technologies – desirable,
- Strong Business English,
- Strong inter-personal skills to work with a multitude of teams,
- Strong communication and teamwork skills,
