IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Oversight on requests for system
- Triaging, communication and documentation of requests
- Creation and Ownership/Maintenance of Hypercare/Level 1 Support Handbook
- Answering user enquiries on how to use the application, also in conjunction with Basecamp 2.0, the Enterprise Recipe Management (some business knowledge required)
- Investigation of defects etc.
- Defect Management (Exploratory Application testing to verify software quality / implementation of user stories)
- Coordination with Level 2 support for installations of hotfixes etc.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience for example as IT Business Analyst, System or Application Support in a similar environment
- Understanding of lean agile practices and how to apply them
- Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environment
- Experience in Excel and analyzing large data sets for root cause analysis of bugs (at least basic VBA knowledge desired)
- Experience with Jira Backlogs/Kanban Boards
- Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing environment
- Fluent in English
