IT Support Engineer
Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Responsibilities:
- Providing support for customer in Cracow
- Handle customer complaints or any major incidents
- Efficient problem resolving and maximizing of system availability, proactively managing the Local Infrastructure
- Equipment installation
- Network communications and troubleshooting
- Cooperation with IT support departments and Team Leader
- Management and support of IT infrastructure
- Taking part in adhoc or on request software and hardware asset management activities, including spot audits
Requirements:
- Experience in the administration of LAN, WAN, Windows, PABX
- Proficiency in Computer Operating Systems and Office productivity software (MS Windows 7, MS Office etc.)
- Experience with Apple MacBook, iMac, both software and hardware is advantage
- Proficiency in IT Desktop support in particular to desktop installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Lotus Notes / MS Outlook / BlackBerry is an advantage
- Knowledge of PC hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) preferred
- Very good command of English (B2 level or higher)
- Excellent knowledge of Polish
- ITIL course would be an advantage
- Flexibility to work on various shifts
