About this opportunity
Welcome to the IAM Security Control & Reports team. We add value by protecting the bank though many different initiatives such as IAM controls, Audit and Risk management as well as IAM process framework. As a part of the Security Process group in the team you will be adding value by implementing official guidelines, designing supporting controls, process effectiveness evaluation, process support and generating reports highlighting the overall Identity & Access management status of Privileged Accesses within Nordea.
What you will be doing:
- Owning the process for Privileged Access Management
- Supporting and collaborate with the organisation on process related matter
- Creating educational material highlighting the process and tasks therein
- Optimising, automating and creating supporting KPIs/Controls, etc.
You will join a team who is passionate about IT Security and compliance - especially delivery of high-quality Identity and Access Management solutions. You will get the chance to help us strengthen this area. The role is based in Finland, Stockholm, Denmark or Poland

Your experience and background:
- Several years of experience working with digital Identities and access management within major IT platforms
- Excellent understanding of IT process management
- Prior experience working in a regulated company is preferred but not a must
- Agile working experience (nice to have)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication and documentation skills
