IT Recruiter
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Your duties:
- conducting end to end IT recruitment processes,
- searching for candidates using different methods: direct search, attending events, headhunting, networking and all of your new ideas,
- creating job posts and searching for candidates on different job boards,
- building an internal database of qualified candidates for future needs,
- scheduling and interviewing candidates in cooperation with technical recruiters.
What do we expect from you?
- at least 2 years of recruiting and research experience in IT branch,
- know how to find the best technical candidates,
- keep up to date with current recruitment trends (sourcing channels, recruitment methods),
- good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2),
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
