In Poland they employ 500 individuals across a range of key business functions and operate for customers in 18 European countries.
Your tasks:
- managing multi - channel sourcing on a German market; mainly hiring candidates with the IT skills in the application area like: SAP, Java, .Net, testing, project management, etc.
- working in a cooperative international team environment (Polish & German team)
- conducting detailed HR and behavioral interviews
- developing positive relationships with designated business area stakeholders and hiring managers through: regular meetings to gain understanding of requirements (business unit structure, nature of their work and business challenges faced), actively seeking and acting on stakeholder and hiring manager feedback
- ensuring hiring managers and business area stakeholders understand the recruitment process and communicate same Agreed recruitment course
- become key contact point for hiring managers/ designated business area stakeholders on any recruitment and sourcing queries that arise. Identify and escalate queries that require Recruitment Operations
- communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence insights and provide pro-active recruitment guidance
Your profile: You have excellent communication and written skills in English and German, you can be described as positive minded, great communicator, you have strong interest in IT technology. Apart from that preferred is:
- min. 3 years of experience in end to end recruitment
- understanding of in-house recruitment best practices
- hands on sourcing experience for niche skills/ multi - channels sourcing
- availability for a quarterly business travelling
