Responsibilites
- Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment process
- Recruiting IT specialists - Software developers (Java, J2EE, .Net, C#, MS SQL, Oracle, SAP, OEBS, DWH, Cognos, Tibco, Informatica, Terradata), Quality Assurance specialists, Support Engineers, Software Architects, Project/Program Managers
- New recruitment channels identification
- Cooperation with foreign customers
- Maintaining and composing recruitment related reports
- Market investigation/research
Requirements
- No less than 2 years' experience in recruitment field;
- Experience in IT / Telecom;
- Strong and mature personality;
- Ability to work within tense timeline
- Fluent English skills (both oral and written);
- Proactive approach with limited need for direction or supervision
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
