Your role
Are you well organized? Do you have a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for someone like that who can help us:
- producing reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for stakeholders
- prepare, analyze and report information to senior management
- proactively engage with colleagues in multiple locations to drive standardization of processes and gain efficiencies across the team
- comply with quality control checks to ensure complete accuracy of numbers
Your team
You’ll be working in the Investment Bank Client Engagement team in Zabierzów, Kraków Business Park. Our team supports UBS Investment Bank’s Investor Client Services business who provides a range of services to hedge funds and asset managers including Global Cash Equities, Global Financing Services, Global Equity Derivatives and FX, Rates & Credit products. We work closely with IT, Commission Management, regional business, country heads, account managers & sales traders to help drive decision making and support the continuous improvement by providing analysis to senior management and sales.
Your paid internship will last 3-6 months with a possibility of extension, based on 30-40 hour week.
Your experience and skills
You don’t have to show us previous experience but if you have one, it’s an asset.
You have:
- a student status or university degree
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- very good English language skills
- good Microsoft Office skills
- a passion for data gathering and information sharing
You are:
- well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
- truly service oriented
- able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
- known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
- eager to learn and gain experience in the financial aspects of the Bank's activities
