Your role

We’re looking for someone like that who can show the potential, helping us to:
- provide administrative support to for project consultants using agreed internal project management methodologies (PRINCE2 based)
- maintain documentation for projects
- maintain and update project management reporting tools, Excel-based reporting
- produce status reports and financial forecasts based on resource allocation for internal billing purposes
- improve quality and efficiency together with senior colleagues
Your team
You’ll be working in the global Project Consulting and Business Intelligence (PCBI) Team with your location in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. We are a newly established entity with the objective to become a center of competence for specific capabilities and skills such as process excellence, project management, business analysis, transformation and design.
Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from our sharp people in project management. Your paid internship will last 3 to 6 months with the possibility of extension, based on a 35-40 hour week.
Your experience and skills
You don’t have to show us previous experience but if you have one in finance or project management, it’s your asset.
You have:
- very good interpersonal skills
- strong client orientation and ability to keep long term relationships
- ability to self-motivate, work efficiently both in the team and on your own
- good MS Office skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint
You are:
- a student or graduate
- detail oriented, structured, methodical and concise
- willing to solve complex problems (and you love this stuff)
- highly motivated with a can-do attitude
- very good in English, both spoken and written
