Your role
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to take care of business? We're looking for someone like that to:
- support various tasks within Legal Department, primarily related to product documentation
- prepare issuance documentation in relation to UBS products and third party transactions (drafting, finalizing & executing documentation)
- review of ongoing Programme Updates, Supplements, Medium Term Note Updates, and Blue Files
- coordinate the pre-trade approvals
- liaise with internal UBS areas (e.g. Legal, Operations, Trading Teams) through various communication channels like phone, chat and email
Your team
You'll be working in Group General Counsel Department in Zabierzów, Krakow Business Park. Our role is to provide support to the Legal Function. We are the department of lawyers dealing with agreements, funds and financial products but also analysts with great technical skills covering many operational activities like Information Security, Operational Risk and Business Management.
Your paid internship will last 3 months, based on 30-40 hours week.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- a student status or university degree
- analytical and problem solving skills
- a pro-active attitude and willingness to learn
- very good English command, both spoken and written
You are:
- motivated, self-directed and driven
- a great communicator, with the ability to cooperate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- adaptable, able to work across teams and functions.
