International Payroll Specialist

The Role:
The International Payroll specialist is part of the HR Services team which is part of the HRM department. You report to the Manager Compensation and Services. HR Services is within the HRM department responsible for payroll, information, administration and Compensation & Benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, organization, and support of international payroll functions by country using local payroll providers to ensure a timely and accurate payroll including reporting and updating of employee records and payroll-related financial information.
- Ensures effective customer service to all levels of employees and management by answering questions and solving payroll related issues in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
- Works proactively with HR Specialist and HR Advisors in the opening of new offices and other daily issues.
- Supports the general ledger accounting team in the completion of all statutorily required compliance in-country;
- Performs ad-hoc reporting as necessitated by management.
- Ability to process several countries payroll each month with the support of the payroll provider.
- To assist in collating Sox testing materials & take an active approach in ensuring we keep within scope at all times.
- To keep all sensitive information private and confidential- at all times.
- To be pro-active in all adhoc duties.
Wymagania
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in Payroll;
- Experience with international payroll;
- Experience with SAP is an advantage;
- A proactive attitude;
- Strong communication skills both written and oral in English;
- Well organized with excellent planning skills;
- Service oriented;
- Very accurate and precise.
