On behalf of our Client, a Global Business Services well-establishing in Cracow, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of the Internal Recruiter.
The Internal Recruiter, reporting to the GDC HR Lead, will be accountable for driving the deployment of our client GBS Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy to support current and future business requirements as well as effective TA process delivery. What is more, the incumbent will support the implementation of the desired culture and people agenda within GBS to support GBS Employee Value Proposition. The employee will also be responsible for planning and managing the end to end TA process to ensure the effective and timely appointment of candidates to meet customer requirements and the maintenance of good TA practise including. Hired person will also maintain effective controls and governance within the TA process to ensure internal standards and legislative requirements are complied with. The specialist will also act as a custodian of client GBS TA framework, provide TA expertise and coaching to Hiring managers and HR colleagues along with coordinating Global psychometric assessments for leadership level candidates. Among other duties, employee will maintain candidate database, coordinate TA projects with local Universities and Colleges as well as ensure that regular reporting requirements are adhered to and KPI reports are produced for the GBS/GDC leadership
Ideally the Candidate already obtain relevant professional experience in in-house Talent Acquisition in Global Business Services, including significant knowledge and experience in best practice recruitment research, experience of cold calling candidates and active headhunting. Experience of coaching leaders and managers, building strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups and using social networking tools to directly source candidates as well as knowledge and proficiency in utilising applicant tracking software is also considered essential in the position. As perfect Candidate you should have good knowledge of UK regulations relating to recruitment and selection along with good written and numerical skills as well as strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet). Furthermore, holding University Degree in psychology will be highly appreciated.
