Due to continued expansion we are looking to hire 3 Internal Recruiters – we are happy to consider Recruitment Professionals from any background, but are particularly keen to hear from candidates with IT or Finance recruitment experience.

Overseeing the full cycle of recruitment from qualifying the role with the Hiring Manager, to directly sourcing candidates though to managing the offer process.

Directly sourcing candidates to minimise agency spend.

Developing candidate pipelines & innovative sourcing solutions which shorten time to hire.

Working on individual roles, and volume recruitment for projects

Promoting the Capita Brand and ensuring that all candidates receive timely updates.

Maintaining strong relationships with supporting Recruitment Agencies

Supporting the wider HR team, and providing Management Information when required.

Effectively communicating with Hiring Managers about recruitment progressions

Organizing and attending job fairs; networking events as required

Coordinating the on-boarding of new employees

Have min. 2 years of recruitment experience in an international company or recruitment agency

Have a proven track record in providing recruitment processes for a range of positions

Are fluent in English

Hold a university degree

Are familiar with Polish labour market

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Are able to remain flexible, keep a positive attitude and open mind
