We are looking for a French speaking Internal Recruiter to join us to work with a client within the pharma industry. You’ll be the primary owner of the relationship with the internal candidates, acting as first point of contact, providing advice, reviewing applications, screening interviews and supporting with offer management.
- As part of a business unit aligned recruitment team, the Internal only recruiter works closely with the Account Manager Recruiter/Senior Recruiter and the External Market Sourcer for a dedicated business unit. The Senior Recruiter is based in Lyon/Paris and is responsible for the overall deliverable of the Talent Acquisition activities and the main point of contact for Hiring Managers and HR Stakeholders. The Senior Recruiter works closely with the Internal only Recruiter, based in Poland, to define priorities and attraction channels
- Primary owner of the relationship with the internal candidates, acts as first point of contact, provides advices, reviews their applications, screening interviews, supports offer management, etc.
- Conducts regular meetings with Hiring Managers and supports the Senior Recruiter to present shortlisted candidates
- Briefs internal candidates prior to interviews with Hiring Managers and keeps them up-to-date throughout the process
- Builds strong pipelines of potential internal candidates
- Develops and implements internal marketing strategies and act as the internal consultant, alongside the Senior Recruiter. This includes coordinate and oversee recruitment outreach programs, open houses, career fairs, and any recruitment related activities for events within the organisation.
- When the internal candidates are unsuccessful, the Senior Recruiter activates external sourcing and ensures relevant information is provided to the sourcer dedicated to the external market. The Sourcers are therefore partnering closely together to ensure a smooth transition and a fast and efficient process for the Hiring Manager
- You’ll need to demonstrate a highly collaborative attitude, the ability to work on a highly-matrix team, an understanding of the client’s priorities and is highly organised.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as, consultative skills with the capability to understand the needs and urgency of assigned customer base are essential
- You’ll need to be fluent in French and English
