Pomoc w zrozumieniu rozkładu, wybraniu właściwego pociągu, opracowaniu trasy podróży;
Informowanie podróżnych o zmianie w rozkładzie jazdy;
Aktywna pomoc podróżnym w odnalezieniu odpowiednich peronów, kas biletowych.
Wymagania:
Otwartość, łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów interpersonalnych;
Mile widziani uczniowie/studenci;
Wysoka kultura osobista;
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie co najmniej komunikatywnym;
