- Participating in the onboarding process of new joiners
- Supporting activities in the area of Employer Branding
- Experience in in-house recruitment or recruitment agency
- Fluency in English and Polish (daily communication in the company and with candidates)
- Fluency in Russian will be an asset
- Focus on achieving set goals
- Knowledge of the HR industry: new trends, tools
- Experience in an international work environment is will be a strong asset
