HR Services UK Benefit Specialist

As the UK Benefits Specialist your responsibilities will include:
- STo provide benefits fulfilment support to the Benefits Analysts and International Benefits Plan Manager as directed
- To provide support to Employee Solution Centre for more complex benefit queries escalating further to Benefits Analysts if required.
- To reconcile and submit HR related invoices –including analysis of spreadsheet data and identification of issues/errors
- To process the monthly eyecare voucher payment request
- To process the weekly/monthly childcare manual orders including payment of order
- To review BMUK error report, raising cases for updates where necessary and escalation to Benefits Analysts if required.
- To interact with vendors and suppliers when required.
- To recommend enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or Payroll
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Detail-oriented
- Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a team environment, customer service oriented.
- Ability to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution.
- Knowledge of HR or Payroll policies and processes
- Previous experience in UK benefits administration would be an asset
- Ability to work between 10:00-18:00
