HR Services Team Leader

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in an HR function
- 3 years of experience managing others
- Very good knowledge of English (B2 or higher)
- Completed degree in higher education (BA)
- Shows customer, service mind-set and a proactive way of working to service the customers in a “can do” attitude
- Experience in HR Shared Services/BPO/GBS for a global company; experience in a multinational environment/company preferred.
- Process Improvement Experience, Lean Six Sigma Qualification is an asset
- Experience working in HR systems (Workday experience is an asset) and strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience using Case Management software
- Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate in international, matrix organization and consumer oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- HR administration experience/awareness of HR policies and procedures
- Analytical capability to analyze, interpret data and provide insight
Responsibilities:
- Team management:
- Developing goals and objectives with direct reports and providing appropriate follow-up.
- Conducting monthly check-in’s (1:1) with each direct report to discuss performance, development, etc.
- Completing performance reviews in a timely manner.
- Supervising work allocation, readjusting priorities as necessary to meet business needs.
- Providing recommendation on resource requirements to leadership for approval.
- HR Processes management and improvement:
- Managing processes of HR transactions, incl. HR administration, compensation, learning & development, performance & career planning, talent acquisition
- Workday/LM system data/metrics analysis & reporting for above areas
- Continuously working on identifying process optimization opportunities; driving and actively contributing to implementation.
- Implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains.
- Conducting internal control over HR transactions, including SLA and KPI reporting.
- Developing and implementing new procedures as necessary to ensure consistent service delivery, communicating the changes and training team members as appropriate.
- Support in aligning existing processes to relevant legislation changes; ensuring procedures are up-to-date and team members are updated on changes
- Identify, recommend and agree appropriate solutions with the HR Process Lead that will support improvement in costs, service or employee satisfaction.
- Addressing and resolving complex problems that are escalated from team members
