For one of our client, a global financial institution we are currently looking for:
Duties:
- Opportunity to get familiar with all aspects of HR (onboarding, employee lifecycle and exit administration)
- Organizing and conducting Candidate interviews
- Coordinating workforce administration
- Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR system and the case management tool
- Supporting HR Recruitment team in everyday duties
- Taking care of the whole onboarding process of new employees
- Ensuring high degree of client orientation, handling of requests with the right priority and in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree or relevant working experience
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of German
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures would be an additional asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Work experience within SSC environment would be an additional asset
