HR Global Operations Team provides Human Resource administrative services to Aon colleagues globally.
HR Processes Administrator is responsible for supporting employee life cycle processes and responding to HR queries.
- Processing incoming requests in line with SOPs and agreed deadlines
- Responding to queries from internal and external clients
- Support of key HR colleague lifecycle processes such as employment verifications, personnel file administration, new hire processes, employee data changes, onboarding, colleague referrals
- Resolving cases assigned
- Appropriately assign incoming request
- Acting as subject matter expert sought for counsel, knowledge and partnership
- Support steady state Workday technology and process change requests by driving requirements development, testing and migration approvals for owned business processes
- Support Training needs for Workday users in subsequent phased rollouts, required releases, change requests and new system users
- Ensuring SOPs and process documentation is up-to-date
- Coaching less experienced colleagues
- Commencing trainings
- Participating actively in Global calls and internal meetings
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR Administration is a must
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Advanced knowledge of HR systems (Workday would be an asset)
- Ms Office (excel, word, outlook – is a must, SharePoint – is an asset)
- Very high attention to details
- Ability to analyse data and check its accuracy
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- University degree or equivalent (Cultural Studies/Human Resource/Administration would be an asset)
