For Our Client, international hotel chain, we are currently looking for candidates for the position HR & Payroll Specialist.
Scope of duties:
- Being the first contact in terms of expertise to resolve specific cases and escalate/refer cases connected with an employment contract and hire conditions,
- Contract preparation and gathering of necessary information and documents in view of new hire,
- Internal (and external) communication on new hires,
- Maintaining personnel files and other documents for legal purpose (Employment contracts, contract extension, Work certificates),
- Administration of all employee benefits (e.g. Life insurance, Medical Care, Platform with benefits).
- Cooperation with Vendors of employee benefits,
- Ongoing support for employees regarding HR/Payroll queries,
- Offers solutions for a complex individual case,
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree (preferably in HR or related),
- Minimal 2 years of payroll administration experience,
- English at an advanced level,
- Very good knowledge of payroll issues (payroll calculation, sickness leave, maternity, social security and tax charges),
- Knowledge of polish labour law,
- Very good communication skills,
- Flexibility and adaptability,
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
