The role:
As a HR Operations Specialist in one of our Krakow teams you will play an important role in providing excellent HR services for UBS employees in various countries within Europe.
The role is located in the UBS office in Krakow (Green Office).
Responsibilities:
- Taking full responsibility for the delivery of high quality HR services
- Managing effective workforce administration, covering onboarding, employee lifecycle and exit administration
- Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR system
- Receiving, managing and tracking requests through opening to either closure or escalation, ensuring all necessary updates in the case management tool
- Delivering HR services according to agreed service level agreements and local legislation
- Focusing on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner
- Working in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and trusted work environment
- Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree, or relevant working experience
- Very good written and spoken English and German
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail combined with successful time management and prioritization skills
- High degree of client orientation and true service oriented mindset
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Additional assets:
- Experience in HR or Shared Service Operations (insourced or outsourced)
- Experience in a general or specialist HR function
- Experience in multinational environment
