For our Client, international business centre located in Cracow, we are looking for Candidates on the position of HR Operations Administrator.
On this position you will be responsible for preparing compliance driven contracts/amendments/variation letters as legally required for supported countries, responding to queries from internal and external clients and resolving cases assigned. You will be also supporting key HR colleague lifecycle programs such as Onboarding, Colleague Referrals, Employment Verifications, Personnel File administration.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English (C1) level, previous experience in general administration / HR would be an asset. Very good interpersonal as well as customer service skills and strong motivation to develop in administrative area will be also accessed during recruitment process.
