Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day supervision of the Onboarding Coordinators team supporting US/CAN, PL, UK and MENA regions.
- Responsible for implementation and execution of new onboarding model
- Research and resolve issues escalated by team members and various stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to managers and new hires from time of offer acceptance through first 30 days of employment.
- Partner closely with Center of Excellence Team in the US and UK on process related changes.
- Provide suggestions and improvements to HR Services Manager and Center of Excellence Team regarding processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding experience.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, IT, facilities and new hires to make sure that issues are resolved and requests are handled with the right priority and in a professional way
- Train, develop and retain employees.
Requirements:
- A university degree or proven experience in a similar position (service/call center or HR function - Onboarding preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience.
- A high degree of client orientation and true service oriented mind-set.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage the change.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Some experience in project management would be an asset
