HR Customer Supporter with Dutch

For our Client, we are currently looking for enthusiastic and communicative people who would like to work with languages in multinational environment


Position: HR Customer Support with Dutch

 

Location: Piła


Main duties:

  • Provide efficient support with HR related questions to all employees, managers and business partners and advising them how to use the internal HR portal
  • Gathering all necessary information as the first point of contact to ensure that customer enquiry can be resolved at earliest opportunity, provide required information and solve ad-hock inquiries
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities in order to simplify and enhance policies and procedures
  • Managing customers’ requests and business needs  over the phone, e-mail and ensuring that all enquiries are answered in a professional manner
  • Acting as an employee’s first line of contact in terms of application of new policies, initiatives and services
  • Provide feedback to the customer if problem is referred

Requirements:

  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch - is a must
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • At least a Bachelor degree
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Not afraid of facing new challenges
  • A readiness to learn with a positive can-do attitude
  • Very good time management and organizational skills, sound analytical thinking skills
  • Experience within the customer service support or HR advisory would be an asset but is not required
  • Understanding of various HR processes would be an asset
  • A willingness to grow and develop within the job role
  • A willingness to relocate to Piła
